A mindful walk around the city in the sunshine. Finding yet more streets as yet not ventured, and helping me get to 82% of city streets now explored. There isn’t much left of Portsea still to do, as the map at the end shows. But each time I do this, I find more interesting architectural embellishments, or hidden gems behind a gate or down an alley. In a historic city like Portsmouth it’s always worth looking UP!

I waved goodbye to my latest #warmshowers guests, as they continue their journey across the south of England towards Plymouth. I know they are looking for more hosts along the way, especially given that the weather isn’t really conducive to camping right now.

I’ve been lucky enough to have been testing Tailfin Frame bags since last summer and I love them.

And now for something completely different.

It was lovely hosting German/Austrian couple Marina & Nico last night through #warmshowers.

I saw this fabulous young poet supporting @beans.on.toast on Thursday, and this poem hit home for @internationalwomensday_global #iwd2024.
