Last night I hosted my first ever @warmshowers_org guest. The lovely @ccnambakakis stopped with me ahead of an early morning ferry to then travel through France and on to Spain. It was lovely chatting to her about her travels and I admit that I’m a little envious of her adventures. Bon Voyage Cat, it will be awesome.

Where does my bike take me?

Went for this years check up and it seems that although I generally feel ok, things are not quite as everyone would like under the surface. So more drugs & new drugs to be considered, and more NHS frequent flyer points to be had over the next few months.

Portsmouth’s Western Shore is so vibrant and full of family life.

My trip to Scotland last month, going up through the middle has meant that I have now completed riding in every ‘county’ in Scotland. And yet it seems that I have barely scratched the surface.

Another masterpiece is taking place courtesy of Portsmouth’s premiere street artist @mydogsighs.
