Do you ever struggle to stay motivated to ride regularly?

We went out for a bit of an adventure yesterday. We knew that there would be a bit of rain (hadnt expected heavy rain overnight though), but we also expected to come across lots of mud, and anticipated pushing/wading a bit.

Get ready for a new virtual long distance cycling (& walking or running) adventure.

Just a quick meander after work, and that feeling that with the chill gone from the air & enough daylight to see me home, spring is just around the corner.

My belief is that International Women’s Day isn’t just a day to highlight the strong and amazing women in the world. It is also to highlight the struggle that every woman has had to endure at some point in their lives, whether or not they recognise that they have had to work harder just to get to parity with men sometimes.

Yesterday it was great fun to get out into the South Downs with the #pompeypedalpushers for a bit of off road fun.
